Speed it up, then slow it down.

It's hard to find the time for everything. You know you need cardio, but you also need strength. Stretching is essential, too. What if we could give you all that in just one night? Can you spare 1 hour and 45 minutes in your week?

The solution is Wednesday night at the studio.

6 pm Kettlebell class that combines strength and cardio! A 45-minute workout that torches more calories than any other type of workout,

7 pm Hatha yoga, a one-hour slower stretch class that will leave you with that blissed-out state of mind.
