Private sessions are great for people who have specific goals, are returning to yoga or fitness after a break, or anyone who prefers to work one on one. As you can imagine you will get quicker and better results when working privately with a trainer because the sessions are geared to you !
Prices are ;
In-Studio Private Sessions $75.00 per hour
In-Home Private Sessions $90.00 per hour
Small group training $25.00/person (minimum 4 people).
Book private sessions twice weekly receive a 10% discount.
Book private sessions 3 times a week receive a 15% discount.
Payable monthly by credit card, debit, email transfer or cash.
Missed sessions are billable unless we receive 24 hours cancellation notice.
Please add 13% HST to the above pricing.
Minimum personal investment is 10 sessions payable in advance.

Small Group Training $50.00/hour
Get the benefits of personalized training, for a fraction of the price. Small group training is about you hitting your goals, doing a personalized program and saving money.
Here’s how it works, you and a friend or two (minimum 2 people, maximum 4 people) enjoy the benefits of small group training.
Forget about overcrowded classes where you are just a body. Get 1 on 1, training with a certified coach.
It gets even better. Each of you will be doing an individualized program, so if your goal is weight loss and your friend’s goal is to run a faster 5k, you will each have an individualized program. This no excuse technique allows you to get the benefits of private training in a fun social setting.
How to get started. Its as easy as 1,2,3,4
1) Find your time.
Tuesdays 6am to 7am
Tuesdays 7:15am to 8:15am
Wednesdays 5:30 am to 6:30am
Wednesday 9:15am to 10:15am
Thursdays 6am to 7am
Thursdays 7:15am to 8:15am
2) Ask a friend or go on a wait list while we find you a training partner. Email sheree
3) Decided how often you want to training (more training + better results)
4) Pay monthly by credit card, 1 session a week $200.00/month 2 sessions per week $400.00/month. Minimum commitment 3 months.
