"Welcome Back Program".
This program will be geared toward those who are 55 plus or coming back to exercise. It will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am. This one-hour class will be a combination of combines yoga, pilates, cardio and weights.
It will come with a free progressive walking plan and recorded meditations. Fees and schedule will be posted in July but stay tuned.
It will be taught by your peers and take you through progressive exercise geared to creating functional fitness, bone health, flexibility and cardio.
For those who are able or interested, there will be a 30-minute walk after each class.
Meet other like-minded adults while you get fit in a class geared to you.
You have worked hard; now is your time.
Class sizes will be limited to ensure you get the attention you deserve.
The investment for this course is $225.00/month minimum 3 months.

Early bird special register before August 15th and receive a 20% discount. Based on 3 months. This means each month will cost you $175.00.
Attendence will be tracked and certificates of completion will be presented at a special gathering to celebrate your success.
