"Welcome Back Program"
Small group training - filling the gap between overcrowded group classes and private training. This class is limited to 6 people.
This program is geared toward those who are 55 plus or coming back to exercise. It will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am. This one-hour class will be a combination of combines yoga, Pilates, cardio and weights.
It comes with a free progressive walking plan and recorded meditations.
It is be taught by your peers. You will be taken through progressive exercises geared to creating functional fitness, bone health, flexibility and cardio.
Weather permitting we will walk for 30 minutes after class, Monday and Wednesday.
Meet other like-minded adults while you get fit in a class geared to you.
You have worked hard; now is your time.
Class sizes will be limited to ensure you get the attention you deserve.
The investment for this course is $225.00/month minimum 3 months.

Attendance will be tracked and certificates of completion will be presented at a special gathering to celebrate your success.
Start date; Monday January 8th. End Date Friday, March 30th,
Morning Session - 10am to 11am plus weather permitting walk
Afternoon Session - 1pm to 2pm plus weather permitting walk.
