After quitting smoking 23 years ago, Sheree sought refuge from the stress of life, and found yoga. For her it was her first class that hooked her. She left knowing that yoga was what she was seeking. She has been teaching for 19 years, manages the studio and has created 2 Yoga teacher training programs. 

Sheree's classes are accessible, down earth and in them she imparts humor, yoga philosophy and her love of life.

Chantale came to yoga through her career in fitness and passion for everything wellness. As a fitness leader with decades of experience motivating and inspiring others to be their best, yoga first showed up as “the latest fitness trend”. …but soon became much more and Chantale’s most genuine passion.

“Yoga is so much more than just the postures…it is truly the portal to one’s self-expression and self realization. Yoga gives you the opportunity to honestly look inward, to pause, to reflect and to shift our energies through movement.”

Chantale brings compassion, inspiration, and a touch of humour to her teaching and is honored to hold space for her students’ energetic expansion, as well as their physical accomplishments.

 Meditation Teacher

Heather has worked in the banking industry for 42 years and knows too well the toll that stress can cause on our health and wellness. She took her first course in meditation in 2013. Learning to meditate had such a deep and profound effect on her health, work, sleep and relationships that she wanted to share the benefits of meditating with everyone and became a meditation teacher. Heather is a certified Advanced Masters of Wisdom and Meditation teacher with davidji Meditation Academy.

Heather is recently retired as a Financial Planner and enjoying her career as a meditation teacher.
