PowerFit Pilates is based on the original Matt Repertoire taught by Joseph Pilates.


First we learn the basics and then we learn how to create PowerFit Pilates flows. 

Flows and movements will include Pilates, body weight, props and yoga.


This course is for yoga teachers, fitness professionals and personal trainers who would like to add Pilates to their teaching skills.

This 24 hour course includes 10 45 minutes classes.

Course Dates;

Weekend One

January 15/16 2022

Learn the history and basics of Pilates Mat Method. 

Anatomy as it pertains to Pilates.

Create basic classes that will build to intermediate postures.

Understand the modifications

Saturday 11am to 5pm

Sunday 9:30am to 4pm 

Weekend Two

February 12/13

Advance your knowledge as we move into the intermediate series. 

Learn how to teach progressions and introduce flows.

Saturday 11am to 5pm

Sunday 9:30am to 4pm

Weekend Three

March 26/27 2022

In this weekend we introduce props to the Pilates Mat repitoire.

Props include; magic circles, small and large balls, light weights and rollers.

Each weekend course includes manuals, no additional books are required.

Fees for this course are;

$295.00 per weekend plus HST
