PowerFit Pilates is based on the original Matt Repertoire taught by Joseph Pilates.
First we learn the basics and then we learn how to create PowerFit Pilates flows.
Flows and movements will include Pilates, body weight, props and yoga.
This course is for yoga teachers, fitness professionals and personal trainers who would like to add Pilates to their teaching skills.
This 24 hour course includes 10 45 minutes classes.
January 16/17 11 am to 6 pm
February 27/28 11 am to 6 pm
Course includes manuals, no additional books are required.
Fees for this course are;
$295.00 per weekend plus HST
(both weekends must be taken)
