Once again we are offering our Kids Academy!

Yoga for your athlete will offer them;

• Flexibility

• Strength

• Functional Movement

• Less screen time

 

In a non competitive class, we will take your children through a 45 minute Flow Yoga class followed by a short visualization/meditation.
