Join us for our winter Kettlebell Club.

​

Kettlebells are the fastest way to gain strength, increase your cardio and lose weight.

​

Join us for small group  training. Limited to 6 people per session.

​

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am, this 45 minute workout will offer you fast results.

​

Expected to be amazed.

​

Taught by certified Kettlebell instructors, some who competed in the sport, in both Canada and the US.

Our Kettlebell club is $600.00 for 10 weeks. This introductory offer means you get small group training for $20 per session.

​

Bonus !! Register before December 20th and receive a free 12 or 16 kg kettlebell for your home practice.

Start Date: January 8th.

End Date: March 15th.

​

Please note there are no substitutions for missed classes.
