Live - Plant Based Cooking Classes

Join Sheree Nicholson, Plant Based Author, Speaker and owner of Live With Spirit Yoga & Fitness Studio. For a fun afternoon where we cook together and discuss plant based topics such as nutrition, maneuvering the change, recipes choices and health. Sheree has a certificate in Plant Based nutrition from eCornell University and has been plant based for over 10 years.

Each week we will prepare a delicious plant based meal. You will be responsible for supplying your own ingredients and equipment.  A full list of ingredients will be sent upon registration.

All recipes are gluten free, but some contain cashews, almonds and walnuts.

January 10th

Almond Burgers (raw or lightly cooked)

Smashed Chick Pea Salad


January 24th

Curried Cauliflower Rice Bowls

Avocado Pudding


February 7th

Taco Salad in a Jar with Walnut “Meat” and fresh lime cilantro dressing.

Banana Chocolate “Nice Cream”.


February 21th

Hemp Seed Salad Dressing

Quinoa Noodles with Fresh Orange Miso dressing



The Details

Cost for the 4 week series is $65.00 (supplies extra), or ind$20.00/class. Register for all 4 and pay only $15.00 plus hst per class.

You will be sent a list of the supplies you will need, broken down by week.

The recipes will also be sent to you in advance.

There may be light prep work the day before, but count on about one hour of prep work in total. Prep works includes soaking nuts, chopping/peeling vegetables, freezing bananas or anything that may need to be done in advance.
