Tour pros (including Brad Faxon, Jonathan Kaye, Andrew Magee, Gary McCord, JL Lewis, Aaron Baddely, David Gossett, Ty Tryon, Chip Beck… as well as the LPGA’s Julie Inkster, Jill McGill, and Betsy King), all claim that yoga is an integral part of their fitness routine.
At Livewithspirit.ca we developed a progressive golf conditioning program. Working with a local Teaching Pro (Greg Salazar) our highly specialized program will condition, stretch and strengthen key muscle groups used in golf.
Greg is ranked as one of the top 60 teaching pros in the world.
Sheree Nicholson has been teaching yoga/Pilates for a number of years, working with various athletes, and has an advanced level certification in Yoga. Sheree is also a Can-Fit-Pro Trainer.

  Private Classes $65.00/hour (in studio)
  Private Classes $75.00/hour (in your home)
  Prepay for 5 Private Classes and receive a 15% discount.
  Small Group Classes $90.00/hour (your location or at the studio), minimum 3 people at $30.00 per person.
  Larger Group Fitness Classes $20.00 per person, minimum 5 people. (Your location or at the studio).

We accept all major credit cards, plus debit or cheques.
Please note that class passes are non-refundable.
If cancelling a class we require 24 hours advance notice.
