Each course comes with its own course book, there will be some at home assignments, and attendance at 20 yoga classes is required before final graduation certificate, Registration fees include 20 classes.
2 additional texts will be required.
Course Content may change somewhat but will meet the Yoga Alliances standards.
 
The studio is open 15 minutes before each class we are closed all statutory holidays.
