Our retreat is about many things but most of all it is about you having time for
yourself. We have yoga, running, and core fitness classes that will tone, heal and
renew your spirit. Take all of the classes or spend some of the time reading and
journal writing in one of the cozy nooks filled with treasures from the Far East.
Join Sheree and Misty for a weekend of laughter, fitness and amazing vegetarian
food that will cleanse your body and send you home, lighter and more energetic.
Enjoy long walks or runs in picturesque Picton, or book into one of the local spas
for a little treat.
Arrive Friday night for a great meal, followed by a gentle yoga class, designed to
help you unwind from your busy week. Saturday is packed with optional running/
yoga/core classes designed to strengthen mind and soul. Leave Sunday a new
person, rested, relieved of stress and ready to take on your busy schedule.
Retreats are about getting away and renewing your soul, we all need time to
ourselves and you deserve a little break.
Weekend Includes: 3 yoga classes, 3 core strength classes, guided walks/runs,
accommodations at the Om Shanti Retreat Centre and delicious vegetarian food. |
